With 20+ years of experience in Korea, Japan, Europe, and the U.S., she combines organizational strategy with deep cultural fluency to deliver impactful results for global businesses.
As the Founder of ViaSage, Juliana supports mission-driven companies and bold leaders navigating expansion into or within Korea, Japan, and the U.S.—three distinct but globally significant markets. Her focus is on building high-performance cultures that drive business outcomes, especially during times of merger, acquisition, spin-off, or rapid scaling. Whether coaching a CEO expanding into a new market or advising HR leaders on organizational design, Juliana helps leaders and teams align, grow, and perform—together.
Juliana has held senior roles at Novartis, Allnex, Cytec, and Expedia Group, where she led post-merger culture integrations, designed employee engagement strategies, and advised executives through transformational change. She is a certified executive coach and a graduate of Wharton’s CHRO Program. With certifications in organizational development, DE&I, employment law, and people analytics, Juliana brings a uniquely holistic and global perspective to leadership development and HR transformation.
