At American Express, she oversaw business development representing over 50% of North American network issuing volume and led the launch of the Ultra High Net Worth co-branded credit card and product strategy. Carla Marcelino is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in Marketing, Strategy, and Business Management. Carla has built a solid career leading major brands, including Walmart Brazil, Saint-Gobain (Telha Norte), Avon, and BRMalls. Her journey is marked by a strategic vision focused on innovation, sustainable growth, and excellence in customer experience.

Carla holds a degree in Hospitality Management from SENAC and specialized in Marketing through a Post Graduate Diploma from MIT and Columbia University. Additionally, she earned a degree in Communication from ESPM, solidifying her expertise in branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.

In recent years, she has been part of the board of advisors for companies in the healthcare, beauty, finance, and communication sectors, contributing her strategic insights to drive business growth and strengthen brands in the global market.

Megan Williams

Megan Williams is a global affairs leader and energy policy expert with over 20 years of government, business and international relations experience. Megan is a registered lobbyist currently serving as the Vice President of Government Relations at Focused Energy. As well as an Adjunct Professor of Sustainability and Global Affairs at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She previously served as the Vice President of Energy at Kearns and West, Senior Energy Analyst for the U.S. Department of Defense and as Senior Advisor for clean energy for the government of Finland.

Megan has worked in many diverse roles cultivating collaborative relationships with members of the U.S. government, foreign governments, interagency organizations, and the business community in order to achieve policy and legislative goals. She has worked to implement policies, promoted trade and investment and fostered bilateral relationships between the United States, international businesses, and governments.

Megan has extensive global work and business experience with significant research in energy and sustainability. She holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations with a concentration in sustainability. She also has certifications in negotiation and mediation. She currently serves on numerous boards bringing her expertise in government relations to key stakeholders.

Joy Wang

Joy Wang brings with her over 20 years of leadership experience in Local and Global Marketing, Innovation and Business Development, in Healthcare and Nutritional industries, with trilingual skills in Chinese, Japanese and English.

Originally from Shanghai, Joy was the first local hire who launched a top nutrition brand from Japan, “Meiji Milk”, into China. In 2000 Joy moved to the USA and spent over a decade at GSK Consumer Healthcare holding marketing leadership roles in the US, Japan and Global, winning GSK’s highest marketing excellence awards multiple times. She then was recruited to join a neutraceutical company, Unipharm Inc., as Director of Global Marketing and Business Development, before she transitioned to a consultant role advising multiple companies seeking her expertise to bridge the East and the West, and to reach a global audience. Joy also created and launched her own brand of sho Nutrition vitamins and supplements with premium quality and patented packaging enhancing compliance and effectiveness.

Joy holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in the US, and a B.A. in Japanese language and international trade from Shanghai International Studies University. Joy is a Certified Health & Wellness Consultant. She is based in New York City, but travels frequently to Asia and other parts of the world.

Claudia Tomaselli

Claudia Tomaselli brings 25 years of experience in international business development and commercial diplomacy. She started her career in the 90s as an employee of the US Consulate in São Paulo, where she assisted the Director of the US Commercial Center in several bilateral trade meetings.

She also coordinated US participation in specialized fairs, and organized the reception of foreign authorities, among other assignments and negotiations. This experience leveraged her next professional activity as the exclusive business consultant for the “Council of Great Lakes Governors” in Brazil.

In 2004, she established TVZ International, a business consulting firm set up as the trade office of the “Conference of Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Governors and Premiers – GSGP” in Brazil. She was in charge of the commercial and new business development departments, providing customized services for economic development agencies, diplomatic organizations, and private companies in the region.

Claudia has a degree in visual communication and industrial design from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP).

Now, as the founder of TA Associates, Claudia coordinates the commercial and operational activities of the company.

Guilherme Pecora

Guilherme Pecora is a Mechanical engineering graduate from FMU in São Paulo with a master’s degree in marketing management in New York.

He has built his solid experience of 30+ years working with Construction Machinery Manufacturers Companies such as DYNAPAC Equipamentos Industriais (Swedish), Ingersil Rand (Usa), Terex Road Building (Usa), Alamo Group (Usa) and recently working with Grandall Industries (USA).

His main task with SBA is to develop strategies for foreign companies to enter the Brazilian market in a way that their sales can expand to other states in Brazil as well as other countries in South America. He also helps foreign companies to develop budgets, Forecasts and Financial reports in order to meet the set goals and results.

He believes that planning, organization, budgeting and team building are the key to success for any Company to grow overseas and reach the required results for the benefit of the Enterprise.

Nabil Nahra

Mr. Nabil Nahra has over 40 years of experience in the Global Marketing field. He is an entrepreneur with an extensive background in a wide range of industries. He is very well experienced in all aspects of the supply chain from sourcing, designing, producing and delivering a family of product lines to his customers globally in the retail sector.

Mr. Nahra specialized in introducing reputable U.S. Companies who are leaders in their industry to foreign markets in such areas as South America and the Middle East region. Sarita D. Jackson

Sarita D. Jackson, PhD is the founder, president, and CEO of the Global Research Institute of International Trade, LLC (GRIIT), a US-based think-tank and consulting firm. Her firm saves exporters time and money, as well as reduces their risks, as they expand to and from the US market via up-to-date, data-driven, customized market research, market analysis, and strategy development.

Her clients have included small enterprises, food distributors and manufacturers, engineering firms, a law firm, public organizations (e.g., California Center for International Trade Development), and universities (e.g., Cal State San Bernardino).

Dr. Jackson is also an author, TEDx speaker, and business school instructor. Her book, International Trade in Services: Effective Practice and Policy, was published by Routledge Taylor and Francis Group. She received her B.A. degree in broadcast journalism and Spanish from the University of Southern California and earned a Ph.D. in political science (emphasis on international political economy) from Brown University. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
